Description:

Inplace is an off-premise Saas software for the management and administration of WIL activities by faculties. 

The vendor is upgrading us to the next version, 5.13.29. 

This will introduce bug fixes and enhancements. 

This will take place between 8pm Friday 2nd October and 8am Saturday 3rd October for approximately 60 mins while both staff and student facing production instances are unavailable. 

The system will be unavailable for around 60 minutes during the outage window, provided the system passes testing by the vendor and does not encounter any issues during upgrade. This change will allow for this.
