Description:

Inplace is an off-premise Saas software for the management and administration of WIL activities by faculties. The vendor is upgrading us to the next version, 5.13.13. 

This will introduce bug fixes and enhancements. This will take place between 8pm Friday 12th june and 8am Saturday 13th June for approximately 60 mins while both staff and student facing production instances are unavailable. 
This is provided no issues are found during testing.

The system will be unavailable for around 30 minutes during the outage window, provided the system passes testing by the vendor and does not encounter any issues during upgrade. This change will allow for this.
