Status details: eStudent and SAMS

Due to scheduled maintenance SAMS, eStudent, student forms and some online services will be unavailable between 8am and 2pm, Sunday 8th June 2025. 

Remote access to SAMS Ci and CiAnywhere will be unavailable during this time. Staff are advised to log out of SAMS Ci and CiAnywhere (including any remote sessions) prior to 8am on Sunday 8th June 2025. 

During the maintenance window, students will not be able to:

- submit an electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF)

- update their study plan (including selecting, changing, or withdrawing from a course or unit)

- register for classes 

- update their personal details

- submit a leave of absence request.

Student forms may also be unavailable during this time, including assessment extension, special consideration, and deferred exam applications. Staff members are advised to log out of SAMS Production Ci prior to 8am.

HiQ links to eStudent will show as unavailable during this time and online services including some student forms will be unavailable during the outage period.
