If you have a laptop and multiple restarts do not resolve the issue please bring it to a HiQ service point on either campus (V block at Gardens Point or R block at Kelvin Grove) during opening hours.

If you have a desktop or are based at an off-campus site and multiple restarts do not resolve the issue please log an IT request and it will be prioritised.
