Description:
Optus has confirmed all services are gradually being restored. QUT services including HiQ, QUT Security and other student and staff services are now available via phone.
If you have any questions or concerns you can contact HiQ via email, online chat or by calling 07 3138 2000.
Students: If the network disruptions impacted your assessment or exams, there is help and support available. Normal processes apply and you can submit an application for an academic concession to take the interruption into account. Supporting documentation can include proof of your internet or phone provider such as an invoice.
