UPDATE:
SAMS CiAnywhere production has been taken offline.

CiAnywhere includes the following services:

 1. Applications for the following students:
- Graduate School of Business
- Domestic student Post Graduate Studies
- Single Unit Studies 

Students cannot access the CiAnywhere application form and staff cannot access CiAnywhere to make assessments.

2. Forms cannot be accessed - this includes any forms processed in CiAnywhere e.g. Assignment Extension, HDR forms etc

SAMS Ci will still be available however may still experience issues sending email correspondence including reports.

eStudent is still online however students may not be able to generate academic history, financial activity statements or other correspondence generated in the portal.

We will provide an update once available.

Initial Outage:
Currently staff are receiving an error when attempting to send correspondence or when using forms in CiAnywhere. The form is able to be completed however the associated correspondence is not sent.

Please refrain from using any actions in CiAnywhere that trigger correspondence to students until this is resolved.

There has been a problem sending emails. This issue will hopefully be resolved ASAP and you will then be able to send emails again. Please try again soon.
